Bargaining Unit Employee Information. The Employer will provide, at cost, the following bargaining unit personnel data to the Union on computer disk: xxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxx, xxxxx, zip code, job title, department, pay grade, salary, top of grade, work location address, date of hire, full or part- time designation, name of insurer (health plan), and retirement group. Home phone numbers will only be provided based upon consent. The information is provided to the Union in its role as the certified representative, is confidential, and may only be used for that purpose.
Bargaining Unit Employee Information. The BOARD shall provide the UNION on at least a monthly basis, and on a weekly basis for the months of August, September, and October, a list of all current employ- ees in the bargaining unit, which shall include each employee’s first and last name, job title, department, work location, home address, all telephone numbers (including cell phone number if available), personal and work email addresses, date of birth, seniority date, base hourly pay rate (if available), language preference (if available), identification number/payroll code/job number, salary, status as a member or non-member, UNION dues, and COPE payment.
Bargaining Unit Employee Information. The ESD will notify the Union of all new hires, promotions, demotions, terminations, transfers, or changes in classification of employees covered by this Agreement. The notification will include the employee’s name, work location, and change in employment record as described above.
Bargaining Unit Employee Information. At the conclusion of negotiations, and thereafter every January and June, the Board will provide the Union with the names, the last four digits of the Bargaining Unit employees’ social security numbers, phone numbers, addresses, classifications, assigned hours of work, rates of pay and work locations of Bargaining Unit Employees. For new hires, this information shall be provided after employment is approved by the Board.

Namaste shall provide the Union’s Financial Secretary on at least a monthly basis a list, in Microsoft Excel Format using the template provided by the Union, of all Bargaining Unit Members in the bargaining unit which shall include each Bargaining Unit Member's first name, last name, middle initial, last four (4) digits of his/her social security number, job title, Union membership status (member or agency fee payer), amount of Union dues collected, amount in COPE payments collected, and pay date. The Union agrees to indemnify and hold Namaste harmless from any claim, suit, cause of action, or other action with respect to Xxxxxxx's provision of information under this provision and such indemnity and agreement to hold Namaste harmless shall include timely payment of any of its costs and attorneys' fees.

A comprehensive list of all employees covered by this MOU will be submitted by the County to the Union each month with the following information: Full Name, Employee Number, Job Classification, Bargaining Unit, Department, Work Location (department name and location of employee), Work Phone, Work Email (if available), Personal Email (if available), Home Address, Mailing Address, Home Phone, Cellular Phone (if available), Monthly Gross Salary and Deduction, Date of Hire and Employment Status (to include date of separation, retirement, leave of absence, etc.). This list should be sent in an electronic format that both the Union and the County agree upon.

This list should be sent in an electronic format that both CEMA and the County agree upon.
Bargaining Unit Employee Information. 18 The District shall provide Public School Employees of Washington/SEIU Local 1948 (PSE) with 19 information regarding each employee in the bargaining unit: name, hire date, FTE, salary information, 20 address and phone number. The District shall also provide this information to the Association President 21 within ten (10) workdays of their hire date. The District shall also provide the Association President with 22 a list of employees by seniority and classification upon request.
Bargaining Unit Employee Information. The Employer will furnish, upon request by the Union, a list of bargaining unit employees after any major organizational changes or not more than quarterly, including name, position title, grade level, and organizational element and designation as permanent or temporary.
