Work Locations means any real estate that CLEC or Qwest, as appropriate, owns, leases or licenses, or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement. Terms not otherwise defined here but defined in the Act and the orders and the rules implementing the Act, shall have the meaning defined there. The definition of terms that are included here and are also defined in the Act, or its implementing orders or rules, are intended to include the definition as set forth in the Act and the rules implementing the Act.

Examples of Work Locations in a sentence

• Each Party will be solely responsible for proper handling, storage, transport and disposal at its own expense of all (i) substances or materials that it or its contractors or agents bring to, create or assume control over at Work Locations, and (ii) Waste resulting there from or otherwise generated in connection with its or its contractors' or agents' activities at the Work Locations.

• Contractor shall maintain and enforce, at the Contractor Work Locations, industry-standard safety and physical security policies and procedures.

• Each Party will be solely responsible for proper handling, storage, transport and disposal at its own expense of all (i) substances or materials that it or its contractors or agents bring to, create or assume control over at Work Locations, and (ii) Waste resulting therefrom or otherwise generated in connection with its or its contractors' or agents' activities at the Work Locations.

• While at the JBE Work Locations, Contractor shall, and shall cause Subcontractors to: (1) comply with the requests, standard rules and regulations and policies and procedures of the Judicial Branch Entities regarding safety and health, security, personal and professional conduct generally applicable to such JBE Work Locations, and (2) otherwise conduct themselves in a businesslike manner.
