Date of Separation definition

Date of Separation means, with respect to a Participant, the date on which a Participant incurs a termination of employment.

  • If the Executive’s employment is terminated due to Disability, the Executive will receive the Executive’s Base Salary through the Date of Separation from Service, and the Executive’s benefits will be determined in accordance with the Company’s disability, retirement, survivor’s benefits, insurance and other applicable plans and programs then in effect.


More Definitions of Date of Separation

Date of Separation means the date the married parents ceased to cohabit.
Date of Separation means the date on which the individual was laid off or otherwise separated from employment, so as to make the individual a dislocated employee.

Date of Separation means the effective date on which the Employee has experienced a Separation from Service.
