Upon retirement if eligible based on Hire Date in Appendix A (after approximately 15 years), retired teachers who are at least fifty-five (55) years of age at time of retirement will be eligible for District paid contributions toward health insurance in retirement of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month for employee- only coverage and up to one hundred fifty-two ($152.00) per month for employee-plus-one or family coverage.
If your Holiday Home requires any further cleaning after an Owner Hire Date and before a Booking, we will charge you for any costs we incur as result of your failure to leave your Holiday Home in a Satisfactory Condition, including for example any additional cleaning costs or compensation to our guests if there is any delay to them checking into the Holiday Home.

Rates for full-time new hires and any employee who has not completed the progression (current fulltime or current part- time) will be based on percentage of the current rate: Progression: Months of service from Hire Date At 48 months, employees go to 100% of rate in effect as of that date.
Longevity pay will be effective on July 1 of each year, if eligible based on Hire Date listed in Appendix A.
