Individual Agreements Prohibited. The State shall not negotiate with or enter into memoranda of understanding or adjust grievances or grant rights or benefits not covered in this Contract to any employee unless such action is with Union concurrence.
Individual Agreements Prohibited. (a) Except for complaints of employment discrimination filed with fair employment practices agencies and disciplinary actions where the employee declines Union representation, the County will not negotiate directly with bargaining unit members about, or enter into agreements with unit members to settle employee grievances or complaints concerning bargain able terms and conditions of employment, without the consent or concurrence of the Union.
