Individual Agreements Prohibited Clause Samples
The 'Individual Agreements Prohibited' clause establishes that parties to the contract are not permitted to enter into separate, individual agreements that deviate from or supplement the terms of the main contract. In practice, this means that all arrangements between the parties must be contained within the collective agreement, and any side deals or personal arrangements outside of this framework are not allowed. This clause ensures uniformity and consistency in the application of contract terms, preventing confusion or unfair advantages that could arise from private agreements.
