Audiovisual. All session rooms will have a standard audiovisual set that includes an LCD projector, screen and your choice of a podium microphone, table top microphone and/or a wireless lapel microphone paid for by NSA. Any equipment needed beyond the standard set will be ordered at the speaker’s expense.
Audiovisual. Audiovisual equipment located at the facility is for the sole use of Brambleton Community Association. The User may bring in their own personal audiovisual equipment to be used during their rental. Trash The User must dispose of all trash collected in the cans into the larger totters or dumpster located on the Premise. Brambleton Corner Clubhouse Clean-up & Breakdown Clean-up of the facility includes removal of all trash and disposal in the designated containers; general cleaning; return, stacking and placement of all chairs and tables in the designated space as shown in the diagrams/pictures located in the storage room; adjustment of the thermostat back to the standard setting; turning off all lights and a/v equipment; and securing all doors. Conclusion Time for Events/Parties All events must conclude by 11:00pm. Between 11:00pm-12:00am, the facility may be occupied for the sole purpose of event breakdown and cleaning as required by the Agreement.

Audiovisual. Group reserves the right to bring its own audiovisual equipment with no surcharge from the Hotel or from its in-house supplier, unless this would cause Hotel to violate union requirements or breach any written agreement executed prior to this Agreement). If the Event will involve the use of the Hotel’s exhibit space, and if Hotel reasonably believes that additional outside security personnel are a reasonable and prudent decision in order to maintain adequate security measures in light of the size and/or nature of the Event, and unless the Group reasonably and timely objects to such requirement, the Group will provide, at its expense, security personnel supplied by a reputable licensed guard or security agency doing business in the city or county in which the Hotel is located, which agency will be subject to Hotel’s prior approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Such security personnel may not carry weapons. The Group’s security agency must sign a hold harmless, indemnification and insurance agreement in the form currently in use at Hotel in favor of Hotel, Hilton and IEEE, and provide proof of insurance in amounts reasonably acceptable to Hotel before they will be allowed to provide security services on Hotel premises. If no function space is included in the contract, delete 9.1-9.8 and add ‘Reserved’ under the Article Number and Heading: [Reserved] Billing Arrangements The Hotel shall establish a master account for the Group for those charges specifically authorized by the Group (the “Master Account”), subject only to objective standards of creditworthiness. All room tax and incidental charges are to be billed on an individual basis, with the exception of those specified to be applied to the Master Account. Direct billing of the Master Account is subject to prior credit approval (IEEE’s credit application is on file in Hilton’s central credit database); otherwise advance payment will be required. Authorized Group food and beverage charges are to be billed to the Master Account. At least three (3) weeks prior to the Event, the Hotel will receive the Master Account billing instruction, which shall include the following: (i) the names of those individuals authorized to sign for charges to the Master Account and to sanction additional spend at the Event over and above the contracted amounts (“Authorized Signatory”); (ii) the names of the individuals whose room charges are to be billed to the Master Account and what charges may be billed; and (iii) ...
Audiovisual. NACADA reserves the right to utilize outside vendors for audio-visual needs. The in-house AV company will be allowed to provide a quote. If an outside company is used, there will be no connection fee. NACADA is allowed to use AV equipment supplied by presenters or local universities without penalty or surcharge for connecting to electrical systems. In-house sound system use would incur a charge of no more than $50 per room for the duration of the conference. The Hotel will provide one podium/lectern in the general session room.
Audiovisual. With the exception of the Groupsprivately owned audiovisual equipment, all other audiovisual equipment must be ordered through the Hotel’s Audio Visual Department. The group may elect to bring their own audiovisual company or use an audiovisual company other than the Hotels and the comparable equipment and services that are available through the Hotel.

For video and sound recordings, China will allow 49% foreign participation in joint ventures engaged in the distribution of these products.
