Common Area definition

Common Area means all real property owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.
Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

More Definitions of Common Area

Common Area means all real property within a community which is owned or leased by an association or dedicated for use or maintenance by the association or its members, including, regardless of whether title has been conveyed to the association:
Common Area means property within a development which is owned, leased or required by the declaration to be maintained or operated by a property owners' association for the use of its members and designated as common area in the declaration.
Common Area is defined as all areas and facilities described in the applicable portion of Section 1 that are designated by Landlord for the non- exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant, and/or other tenants of the property and/or their respective licensees and invitees (including employees, suppliers, customers, and agents). The Common Area includes the following located on the property: parking lots, lobbies, stairwells, sidewalks, walkways, utility rooms, areas in which to place trash, and landscaped areas.
Common Area means- i) the entire land for the real estate project or where the project is developed in phase and registration under the THE REAL ESTATE (REGULATION AND DEVELOPMENT) ACT, 2016, the entire land for that phase; ii) the stair cases, lifts, staircase and lift lobbies, fire escapes, and common entrances and exits of the building; iii) the common basements, terraces, parks, play areas, visitors car parking areas and common storage spaces; iv) the premises for the lodging of persons employed for the managements of the property including accommodation for watch and xxxx staffs or for the lodging of community service personal; v) Installations of central services such as electricity, gas, water, and sanitation, air-conditioning and incinerating system for water conservation and renewal energy; vi) the water tanks, pumps, motors, fans, compressors, ducts and all apparatus connected with installations for common use; vii) all community and commercial facilities as provide in the real estate project; viii) all other potion of the project necessary or convenient for its maintenance, safety etc., and in common use;

Common Area means all areas and improvements in the Real Property, which are not leased or held for lease to tenants. The Common Area shall at all times be subject to the exclusive control and management of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right from time-to-time to change the sizes, locations, shapes, and arrangements of the Common Area; restrict parking by Tenant and other tenants to designated areas; and do and perform such other acts in and to the Common Area and adopt, modify, and enforce such rules and requirements as Landlord in its sole discretion deems advisable. Landlord shall maintain the Common Area in good repair and reasonably clear of debris.
