Copies of the original UCC-1 financing statement, and any continuation statements, filed by the originator of such Cooperative Loan as secured party, each with evidence of recording thereof, evidencing the interest of the originator under the Security Agreement and the Assignment of Proprietary Lease;
Copies of the articles or certificate of incorporation (or the equivalent thereof) of each Credit Party, in each case, together with all amendments thereto, and a certificate of good standing, each certified by the appropriate governmental officer in its jurisdiction of organization.
Copies of the class specification documents are available on eCity.If there are any discrepancies between the online version, or the Appendix II- Classification Concepts abbreviated description, or a printed version, the original and latest version documented by the Human Resources Branch, and copied to the Union as per 19.01, shall prevail.

Copies of the articles or certificate of incorporation (or the equivalent thereof) of each Credit Party (except for those Credit Parties listed on Schedule 4.1.1), in each case, together with all amendments thereto, and a certificate of good standing, each certified by the appropriate governmental officer in its jurisdiction of organization, as well as any other information required by Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act, 31 U.S.C. Section 5318 or otherwise necessary for the Administrative Agent or any Lender to verify the identity of the Borrower as required by Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act, 31 U.S.C. Section 5318.
Copies of the articles or certificate of incorporation (or the equivalent thereof) of each Credit Party, in each case, together with all amendments thereto, and a certificate of good standing, each certified by the appropriate governmental officer in its jurisdiction of organization and accompanied by a certification by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of such Credit Party that there have been no changes in the matters certified by such governmental officer since the date of such governmental officer's certification.
Copies of the certificate of incorporation or other charter documents and bylaws (and in each case, all amendments thereto) of RMSI as they exist on the date hereof have been delivered or made available to Xxxxxxx and its counsel. All such copies are true, correct and complete and no amendments thereto are pending. None of RMSI or any of the RMSI subsidiaries are in violation of their respective certificates of incorporation or bylaws.
Copies of the various Trust documents are available for examination at the Union, Committee, and the J.I.A.B. offices.
