Final Bill definition

Final Bill means a bill we issue when you:
Final Bill means a bill rendered for services through the final date of service;
Final Bill. A customer's final bill will be mailed in a timely manner to encourage collection and customer understanding. The final bill will include all consumption used up to the time of service disconnection and any other charges or amounts due.

  • The Contractor shall include all his claims in the Final Bill submitted by him and accordingly the final bill submitted by the Contractor shall be deemed to be inclusive of all and whatsoever the claims that the Contractor may have from GIPCL.

  • The Payment of R/A as well as Final Bill for any work will be made according to the availability of fund and no claim due to delay in payment will be entrained.
