Company Personnel definition

Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Company. The Representative/Engineer of the Company are also included in the Company's personnel. The Company’s Representative/Engineer means the person or persons appointed and approved from time to time by the Company to act on its behalf for overall co-ordination and project management at site.
Company Personnel means any individual or entity who is or was at any time during the six-month period prior to my solicitation or other activity prohibited by Section 6.2, employed or engaged (whether as an employee, consultant, independent contractor or in any other capacity) by the Company.
