Sole Use. XXXXXXXXXX agrees to use the County funds solely for the purposes of the project as identified in the Agreement.
Sole Use. The Lessee shall be the sole and exclusive user of the equipment. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that the Lessor may bring a charge of fraudulent conveyance against the Lessee if anyone other than the Lessee uses or operates the equipment.
Sole Use. Throughout the Term, Tenant shall use the Demised Premises solely for the purpose specified in Section 1.1 as the “Permitted Use.”

Sole Use. Merrimack agrees that any API received by it from Actavis shall only be used by Merrimack in connection with the manufacture of the Product.
Sole Use. Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the purpose set forth under Fundamental Lease Provisions. Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises to be used for any other purpose or purposes without Landlord’s consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Tenant shall, at its expense, procure any and all governmental licenses and permits, and comply with all zoning regulations, ordinances and laws for the use of the Premises, including without limitation, approvals for Tenant’s use, all as may be required for the conduct of Tenant’s business on the Premises, subject to Landlord’s obligation to deliver to Tenant a copy of the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, if any, and Certificate of Occupancy upon obtaining same from the municipality pursuant to Section 2.05 hereof, and Tenant shall, at all times, comply with the requirements of each such license, permit and approval.
Sole Use. The Program(s) and its/their components are licensed, not sold, to You for use only within Your Business. You shall not allow the Program to be used by or for the benefit of other entities. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Program(s) or any of its/their components.
Sole Use. The Dark Fibers licensed hereunder shall be for the sole use of the Licensee and may neither be resold, sub-licensed, nor otherwise conveyed by the Licensee to any third party or entity.
Sole Use. Contractor agrees that any API and/or Intermediate Product received by it shall only be used by Contractor to Process and/or Package and test the Product. Contractor shall not allow any samples of the API and/or Intermediate Product to be used or tested by any party not under its direct supervisory control for any purpose without the prior written consent of Allergan and shall perform only such tests and analyses as it deems necessary in order to satisfy any of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and shall maintain the confidentiality of such test results in compliance with Section 21 of this Agreement.
