Exhibit Space definition

Exhibit Space means that portion of the Event Venue that Exhibitor uses for its display/exhibit/booth/stand, for Event-related activities hosted by Exhibitor, and/or for other similar purposes.
Exhibit Space. Exhibit space is based on the type of Contract Agreement purchased. Space selection will be handled on a first-come, first-serve space- available basis. While every effort will be made to honor requested booth locations, Producers reserve the right to determine the final layout of the Show and Sounds of Music may change the floor plan or booth assignments upon sole discretion. Exhibitor may not assign, sublease, or otherwise share the booth or its rights under the contractual agreement. Exhibitor agrees to be held liable for any such unauthorized use of its exhibit space and that the damages to Sounds of Music resulting from each unauthorized use will be set at a dollar amount equal to the fee for the Exhibitor’s space in the Show. Only the company name listed on the Contract is considered an official Exhibitor. Exhibitors are restricted from handing out publications that have non-exhibitors in them or from displaying information at their booths from a non-paying vendor without prior permission.
Exhibit Space or “Booth Space”) means the space applied for herein. “Exhibit Space Fee” means the required Exhibit Space fee, including all deposits and other fees to be paid to Show Management as set forth on the front of this Agreement. Show Management and Exhibitor are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and “Party” in the singular.

  • Exhibitor shall not lead attendees from one Exhibit Space to another or to elevators or escalators.

  • Upon this Agreement becoming binding, Exhibitor agrees to pay Emerald the fees, when due, according to the payment schedule stated in the Exhibit Space Contract or on the electronic application form.

  • Distribution of pamphlets, brochures or any advertising matter must be confined to the Exhibit Space.

  • Prohibition of the Abandonment of Exhibit Space Exhibitors are prohibited from discontinuing their exhibit during the Exhibition without permission from the Organiser.

  • Purchase orders will not be recognized as an acceptance of the Exhibit Space Contract.

Exhibit Space means Exhibitor's assigned space either virtual or physical, including, but not limited to, a booth, sponsorship location, or other space, or Virtual Listing assigned to Exhibitor at the Esri Event.
Exhibit Space. One 10’x10’ booth includes: ID sign (11”x17”), 8’ draped backwall and 3’ side drapes (island booths will not have drapes). Exhibitors to provide their own tables, chairs and other booth furnishings needed or these may be ordered from show decorator GES. Canopies or awnings are not permitted inside any building or promenade (breezeway). DONATIONS / RAFFLES: Donation Jar and/or Raffles may be allowed in booth but dollar amount may not be specified. Exhibit Space means the area(s) contracted for Exhibitor’s use without the inclusion of any display or other materials beyond the pipe and drape installation provided herein.
