Written protocol means a physician’s order for one or more patients that contains, at a minimum, the following:
Written Notification means an electronic document (including faxes, emails, internal mail on the client terminal etc.) or an announcement on the Company's website.
Days means calendar days unless otherwise specified.
24 hours means a period of 24 hours including all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in both the place where the relevant meeting is to be held and in each of the places where the Paying Agents have their specified offices (disregarding for this purpose the day upon which such meeting is to be held) and such period shall be extended by one period or, to the extent necessary, more periods of 24 hours until there is included as aforesaid all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in all of the places as aforesaid; and
Written Procedure means the written or electronic procedure for decision making among the Bondholders in accordance with Clause 18 (Written Procedure).
Reasonable Efforts means, with respect to any action required to be made, attempted, or taken by an Interconnection Party or by a Construction Party under Tariff, Part IV or Tariff, Part VI, an Interconnection Service Agreement, or a Construction Service Agreement, such efforts as are timely and consistent with Good Utility Practice and with efforts that such party would undertake for the protection of its own interests. Lowest and Best Responsible Bidder means the Bidder submitting the lowest Bid received that is within the range of acceptable bids, that also has the ability to timely perform the Contract bid upon considering such factors as financial resources, skills, quality of materials, past work record, and ability to comply with state, federal, and local requirements, including those set forth in the SBE Regulations.
Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.
Business Days means days when banks are open for business in the State of Delaware.
Weekly Reporting Period means any period (a) during which any Default or any Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, or (b) that constitutes a Minimum Availability Period; provided that if the circumstances described in clause (a) or (b), as applicable, shall occur and cease to exist twice during any calendar year, then any subsequent Weekly Reporting Period occurring during such calendar year shall continue through the end of such calendar year.
Lowest responsible bidder or vendor means the bidder or vendor: (1) whose response to a request for bids offers the lowest price and is responsive; and (2) who is responsible.
Business Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, except for holidays observed by the state of Washington.
Weekly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit J.
Day reporting means a program of enhanced supervision
Written Notice means a notice or communication in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly served if delivered in persons to the individual or to a member of the contractors firm or to an office of the company for whom it is intended, or if delivered at or sent by registered mail to the last business address known to him who gives the notice.
notification means a notification published in the Official Gazette;
written statement means the written statement that the owner of the protected site is required to give to the occupier by section 1(2) of this Act.”
Written application or "written election" means a written instrument, required by statute or the
written law has the same meaning as is given to that term in the Interpretation Xxx 0000.
Banking Days means the days identified in Cl.36 (b)
Week means seven consecutive days.
Insurance Report means an insurance report in respect of the Insurances confirming that such Insurances are placed with such insurers, insurance companies and/or clubs in such amounts, against such risks and in such form as acceptable to the Agent (acting on the instructions from the Finance Parties) and comply with the requirements under Clause 26.3 (Insurance) and the GIEK Guarantee prepared by Bank Assure Insurance Services Inc., or such other reputable insurance advisor approved by the Agent, and dated on or about 11 June 2010 and addressed to, and capable of being relied upon by, the Finance Parties.
Lowest responsible bidder means the Bidder submitting Lowest Responsible Bid.
Third Party Reports With respect to any Mortgaged Property, the related Appraisal, Phase I environmental report, Phase II environmental report, seismic report or property condition report, if any.
