The Employer, the Union and each employee have a shared responsibility for ensuring that safe conditions prevail within the workplace, to take appropriate and effective measures, both preventive and corrective, to protect the health and safety of employees. This will include, but is not limited to the Employer providing the Union with the details of the Employer's Health & Safety Program and all minutes for Health and Safety Meetings.
