Network System definition

Network System means Licensor's servers on which the Computer Systems reside, which servers are located at Licensor facilities at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx., Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, as may be relocated at Licensor's discretion upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to Licensee.

Working Hours means Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, excluding UK Bank Holidays
