Additional Systems. Company may add systems to an Accepted Order for a period coterminous with the term of the accepted Order at Sun’s applicable, pro-rated, per-system fee, upon written notice to Sun and subject to Sun’s rights of inspection. Sun will provide to Company an add-on Order Confirmation reflecting the additional Covered Systems and associated additional fee.
Additional Systems. Customer may add systems to a Schedule at Sun’s then current per system fee, at any time upon notice to Sun, subject to the rights of Sun set forth below in INSPECTIONS. Sun will provide services for systems added to a Schedule for a period coterminous with the term of the Schedule, and Sun shall pro rata the fee for such services. Customer will receive an add-on Schedule reflecting the additional covered systems and associated additional fee.
Additional Systems. The Retailer is free to use any additional systems to help manage the business, so long as they are consistent with all the required Saturn systems and with Saturn's Mission, Philosophy and Values. The Retailer agrees to discontinue use of any systems deemed inconsistent by the Franchisor.

Additional Systems. In consideration of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement with respect to the Systems, Vitex shall work to develop compounds for the inactivation of viruses and pathogens in platelets (the "Platelet Inactivation Compounds") and agrees with Pall that if it develops a Platelet Inactivation Compound during the term of this Agreement, the parties will, as soon as feasible, prepare a project plan detailing Cooperative Development Work to be performed in connection with the filtration of blood and inactivation of viruses and pathogens in platelets. The parties agree to engage in Cooperative Development Work for the development and commercialization of systems utilizing the Platelet Inactivation Compounds and market, sell and distribute such systems on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the equal sharing of costs, profits and expenses. The parties agree that Vitex's failure to develop Platelet Inactivation Compounds shall not be a ground for termination of this Agreement.
Additional Systems. The Closing under the Related Agreement shall have occurred prior to or concurrent with the Closing of this Agreement.
Additional Systems. If the average number of slides processed per Quarter with all of the Systems located at any SBCL site during any two consecutive Quarters exceeds [*] slides per System per Quarter, then SBCL may order additional Systems as needed to bring the projected average requirement at such SBCL site down to approximately [*] slides per System per Quarter. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties, NeoPath will use its best efforts to deliver such additional System(s) within [*] days after receipt of SBCL's order for the same, and the Term with respect to any such System will commence upon [*] and will end upon [*].

Subject to the prior approval of Landlord, which approval will not be unreasonably withheld, Tenant may, at Tenant's cost and expense and in compliance with all the provisions of this Lease, install supplemental HVAC units and water tanks in or on the Premises and a back-up generator. However, on termination of the Lease, Tenant shall, if requested by Landlord, remove such installed equipment and repair and restore the Premises of any damage resulting from such installation, use, and/or removal.
