Contractor shall design and submit an outline of a training program to Owner within one hundred eighty (180) Days after the Notice to Proceed Date and a detailed training program one hundred eighty (180) Days prior to commencement of training.
Owner shall not issue the Notice to Proceed until the date on which it has obtained written and binding commitments in respect of such funds.
Upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed, all such performance of the Work under a Limited Notice to Proceed shall constitute Work done pursuant to this Agreement.
