PHASES OF THE PROJECT. The following section provide an overview of the different phases of this project. Although an initial feasibility study has been compiled for this project it is expected that at the end of the first phase (Evaluation Phase) the CCT will evaluate the project and it will be subject to an internal Stage Gate Review process. At this point the project will be on a “go/ no go” evaluation and either be terminated or progress into the subsequent phases. All phases are for project management and support services only and no actual devices or digital infrastructure will be purchased through this tender.
