Vehicle Fleet. The Program shall operate up to two hundred (200) vehicles during the course of the study period. 150 vehicles shall be introduced within the first six (6) weeks of operation.
Vehicle Fleet. Vehicle maintenance is a service desired by CGTT to keep the COUNTY’s transport and logistics operations running efficiently and for this purpose CGTT seeks to enter into a long-term agreement to ensure that the organizations fleet is in good condition and run in a cost-effectivemanner. Through a framework contract, the COUNTY aims to obtain vehicle maintenance servicesin a manner consistent with the terms of this TOR • The service provider shall be an authorized dealer for the type of vehicle(s) repaired or serviced and/or parts sold. • The service provider shall engage specialists for the repair and maintenance works they are engaged in. • The service provider shall provide genuine parts for all categories of services provided to The County Government vehicles. • The Service provider shall have the capacity for body and fender works. • The Service provider shall provide maintenance services in line with the maintenance intervals prescribed by the manufacturer for the type of vehicle and equipment they deal with. • The service provider shall provide services only upon receipt of an authorized work order from THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT • The service provider shall provide all supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform the management and operation of motor vehicle maintenance functions as defined in this scope of work. • All supplies and materials shall be of a type and quality that conform to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications and standards – Ideally original parts. It is desirable that vendors are able to supply the greatest number of services listed below. Theservice provider must give THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT maintenance requests top priority and attention.
