Service Vehicles definition

Service Vehicles means all Vehicles owned by the Company or a Subsidiary thereof that are classified as “plant, property and equipment” in the consolidated financial statements of the Company that are not rented or offered for rental by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including any such Vehicles being held for sale.
Service Vehicles means any Vehicle which is not intended to be rented to a customer of Opco as part of its daily rental business, including, without limitation, any Vehicle which is used by an Opco for transportation of either its customers or vehicles, provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, Vehicles used by the employees of any Avis Europe Group member shall not be Service Vehicles.

More Definitions of Service Vehicles

Service Vehicles means any of the following vehicles that MVA designates as such:
Service Vehicles means, solely during the period commencing on the Acquisition Date and ending 180 days from the Acquisition Date, a passenger automobile or light-duty truck which is sold by HFC to HVF on or prior to the Acquisition Date pursuant to the HFC Purchase Agreement and leased by HVF to the Lessee pursuant to the HVF Lease (including any such Vehicle that constitutes Replacement Property under and as defined in the Master Exchange Agreement) and (i) that is not older than forty-eight (48) months from the date of the original manufacturer invoice therefore, (ii) the Certificate of Title for which is in the name of HFC and shall not note any lien thereon, including, without limitation, the lien of the Collateral Agent (or the Certificate of Title has been submitted to the appropriate state authorities for retitling and notation of the lien of the Collateral Agent as the first lienholder), (iii) that has been made subject to the HFC Nominee Agreement, (iv) that is owned by HVF free and clear of all Liens other than Permitted Liens and (v) that is designated as an HVF Vehicle in accordance with the Collateral Agency Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to any passenger automobile or light-duty truck, from and after receipt by the Servicer or a Servicer’s Agent, as agent of, and custodian for, the Collateral Agent, or its designated agents, of a Certificate of Title with respect to such passenger automobile or light-duty truck which is in the name of Hertz Vehicles LLC, as nominee titleholder for HVF and which notes the Collateral Agent as the first lienholder, such passenger automobile or light-duty truck shall not constitute a Service Vehicle. In addition, for the avoidance of doubt, from and after the expiration of the period ending 180 days from the Acquisition Date, no passenger automobile or light-duty truck shall constitute a Service Vehicle.
Service Vehicles means and refer to (without limitation) taxicabs, limousines, hearses, any type of vehicle having or carrying ladders, mechanical or construction equipment, or any vehicle carrying or having an attached sign, lettering or logo advertising a business or service. It shall not include any vehicle classified as an “Authorized Emergency Vehicle” as defined by the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5 /1-105)

Service Vehicles refers to and means the Franchisor approved commercial vehicle(s) to be acquired, leased, maintained and operated by Lifetime Green Coatings Business franchisees in connection with the day to day operations of a Lifetime Green Coatings Business. Franchisee’s Service Vehicle(s) must be dedicated to the day to day operations of the Franchised Business, must be approved by Franchisor, and must meet Franchisor’s specifications as to vehicle models, vehicle age, vehicle type, interior configuration and capability, signs, and exterior vehicle wrap.
