Bus Operators. The operator seniority list dated August 31, 2000, shall be retained for 5 the purposes of future bidding. Contract employees hired after August 31, 2000 will be 6 added as follows:
Bus Operators. A Bus Operator who is absent due to illness or injury shall notify the Transit office prior to 9 a.m. of his/her intention to book back on for night duty and before 2 p.m. the previous day for morning duty.
Bus Operators. Bus operators shall be provided, at no cost to the employee, with appropriate "mouth-to-mouth" CPR implements, as determined by the District based on specifications developed by the Transportation Committee, which include communicable disease xxxxxxx and/or barriers.
Bus Operators. Bus Attendants, and Bus Monitors: Bus Operators, Bus 18 Attendants, and Bus Monitors shall be paid for actual hours worked each pay period 19 for twenty (20) pay periods. The pay delivery schedule shall be determined by 20 agreement of the parties in the Transportation Labor/Management Committee. 21 Each paycheck will represent actual hours worked documented prior to the cut-off 22 of the previous pay period.
Bus Operators. A. CITY ISSUED CREDIT VOUCHERS
Bus Operators. All bus operators shall be paid at time and one half (1½) the regular pay for all work over forty (40) hours. Funeral leave, vacation and holiday time shall be considered time worked for computing overtime. Overtime shall be offered by seniority when all Operators who are available to work the entire shift are at or above forty (40) hours in the week. Operators who are scheduled to work wash hours on an overtime basis may donate wash hours to other bargaining unit employees. Such donation shall normally occur within 24 hours of posting the schedule on a form provided by the City.
Bus Operators. The Employer will endeavour to tender for uniforms to “union made shops” if their quality and price are competitive, after discussion with the Union on specifications every 24 months no later than June 1st, for the following: (3) pairs of navy pants, (6) light blue shirts, (1) navy sweater. One (1) wind-breaker or cruiser-coat type jacket, alternating every other issue.

Bus Operators. The selection of the Bus Operators will be through a selection process established and mutually agreed to by the Working Conditions Committee. The Committee will meet at mutually agreed times, but at least twice prior to a new change of schedules. One (1) or more meetings will be held to discuss operating schedules and crew assignments prior to their preparation with a view to make improvements for the following Schedule Change. A final meeting will be called to review and discuss the completed crew assignments prior to their typing and posting. The time of the crew assignment review meeting will be determined as the crew assignments for that change near completion. Agreed this Date: July 15, 2015 For the Negotiating CommTttee of the City of Winnipeg For the Negoti ommittee of Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 1505 LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF WINNIPEG AND AMALGAMATED TRANSIT UNION, LOCAL 1505 RE: CHARTER BUS SERVICE In order to enhance Winnipeg Transit's ability to meet the demand for chartered bus services while not jeopardizing regular service delivery, the Amalgamated Transit Union and the City of Winnipeg have hereby agreed to the utilization of retired Winnipeg Transit Bus Operators for charter service delivery. In doing so, it is agreed that this will not create a precedent or form the basis for discussion on part-time or casual employment of regular Bus Operators. In the event of a layoff of regular Bus Operators, the use of retired Bus Operators would only occur if it were necessary in order to fulfill a charter booking that was accepted prior to the date of layoff and only after offering any charter work that they would perform, first to those Operators on layoff. The following terms and conditions will apply to the employment of Retired Bus Operators (R.B.O.'s):
Bus Operators. Bus Operators will be selected in seniority order in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement relating to Bid and Award Procedures for Light Rail Jobs and Training Slots. Employees who successfully pass the training will be awarded LRV Operator jobs in the order of their seniority as vacancies occur. During such training employees will retain their current hourly rate of pay. Following training, employees will return to their prior run, if open, or the Extra Board.
