Physical Fitness Incentive. Regular Physical Exercise Monthly Incentive Rates: Monthly Workouts: “Good” 10-13 times “Excellent” 14-17 times “Superior” 18 or more Incentive Pay: $30 $40 $50 1. A maximum of one workout per day shall be eligible. Further, eligible workouts must last at least one hour in duration and should include cardio exercise.

Physical Fitness Incentive. The Department offers an annual $300 incentive award to those members of the bargaining unit who successfully complete an annual physical fitness challenge course administered and proctored by the department each year. This physical fitness challenge course is based on the MCOLES sit-up, push-up and shuttle run standards. This program will be maintained as long as 50% or more of the bargaining unit members in the department participate in the program each year.
Physical Fitness Incentive. ‌ The City of Bloomington will pay upon receipt of membership verification one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) toward the annual dues at any physical fitness center designated by the City for any full-time or part-time employee covered by this Agreement.

Parties agree to a voluntary physical fitness-testing program to be administered prior to October 31 of each year, using a testing/scoring standard established by Nevada P.O.S.T. Physical Fitness Incentive. A. Employees in the bargaining unit may, on a voluntary basis, seek to become eligible for a physical fitness incentive. In order to be eligible for such incentive, an employee must sign a waiver which shall indemnify, defend and hold the employee, its officers, officials, agents and employees harmless against any claim, demand, suit or liability (monetary or otherwise) in connection with his efforts to qualify for such pay. An employee who seeks the physical fitness incentive must qualify and re-qualify at six-month intervals during the first half of the month of April and October in order to receive this incentive.

Physical Fitness Incentive. As an alternative to the Employee Wellness Tools Incentive Program referenced above, any employee covered by this Agreement may choose to participate in the Physical Fitness and Health program each calendar year of this Agreement for a lump-sum payment (which shall not become part of their wage base) of up to five hundred dollars ($500) by meeting the requirements of the Physical Fitness Incentive Payment Provision which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Addendum A. To be eligible to receive the full payment, the employee must meet the requirements with a score of 100% and give notice to the Finance Director before December 1 of the year for which payment will be requested by providing the appropriate completed form. In addition to receiving the monetary incentive, an employee who has a final individual score of 100% will receive a Certificate of Commendation from the Chief. If the employee is unable to achieve the standards required to receive the $500, the employee can be eligible for a partial payment and the employee may request the balance via the Employee Wellness Tools incentive program as a taxable payment on their paycheck only. To receive a partial payment, during the calendar year in which the employee first participates in the program, but is unable to meet the full requirements, the employee will receive $100.00 for participating and good faith establishment of a base score. For 2020 and 2021 (or during any calendar year after a member first participates and establishes a base score):
Physical Fitness Incentive. ‌ The City of Bloomington will pay seventy-five dollars ($75.00) toward the annual dues at any physical fitness center designated by the City for any officer covered by this Agreement who desires to receive such contribution. Any officer desiring to participate, as a condition of participation, shall agree to the use of facilities of the centers so designated on an average of not less than twice per week over the course of the membership year or to refund the seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to the City for any year in which his attendance averages less than twice per week.
Physical Fitness Incentive. (1) The parties hereby recognize that the physical fitness of employees vitally affects the efficient, safe and productive operation of the Department and the quality of police services provided to the public. Each employee is required to maintain the level of physical fitness necessary to perform the normal duties of his/her position.
