Health Program definition

Health Program means the insurance plans offered to eligible subscribers.
Health Program means a program under the supervision of a designated health director created to assure the health and well-being of each child and each adult as required by this Article.

More Definitions of Health Program

Health Program means a program under Part A or B of the Project, which satisfies the requirements set forth or referred to in paragraphs 4 through 9 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement, and which is to be carried out by a Project Province utilizing the proceeds of its Allocated Amount; and “Health Programs” means, collectively, all such programs.
Health Program means, in respect of each Project County in a Project Province, the specific program of activities under the Project which is to be carried out in said county utilizing part of the proceeds of said province’s respective Allocated Amount.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Child Care Program means a person or business that offers child care.

  • Health care worker means a person other than a health care professional who provides medical, dental, or other health-related care or treatment under the direction of a health care professional with the authority to direct that individual's activities, including medical technicians, medical assistants, dental assistants, orderlies, aides, and individuals acting in similar capacities.

  • Health screening means the use of one or more diagnostic tools to test a person for the presence or precursors of a particular disease.

  • Rural health clinic means a rural health clinic as defined under section 1861 of part C of title XVIII of the social security act, chapter 531, 49 Stat. 620, 42 U.S.C. 1395x, and certified to participate in medicaid and medicare.

  • Group health plan means an employee welfare benefit plan as defined in section 3(1) of subtitle A of title I of the employee retirement income security act of 1974, Public Law 93-406, 29 USC 1002, to the extent that the plan provides medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care to employees or their dependents as defined under the terms of the plan directly or through insurance, reimbursement, or otherwise.

  • Health means physical or mental health; and

  • Allied Health Professional means a person registered as an allied health professional with the Health Professions Council;

  • Designated mental health professional means a mental health

  • Medical history means information regarding any:

  • Health professional means an individual licensed or otherwise authorized to engage in a health profession under article 15 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.16101 to 333.18838, and whose scope of practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with a substance use disorder.

  • State health plan means the employee and retiree insurance program provided for in Article 5, Chapter 11, Title 1.
