The sole remedy available to Member(s) of the Bargaining Unit for any alleged breach of the agreement or any alleged violation of his/her rights hereunder shall be pursuant to the foregoing grievance and arbitration procedures, provided however, that nothing contained therein shall deprive any Member of the Bargaining Unit, Administrators, or Board of any legal rights.
