Level 3 definition

Level 3 means Level 3 Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Level 3 means that, as of any date of determination, the criteria of neither Xxxxx 0 xxx Xxxxx 0 are satisfied and the Long-Term Debt carries either of the following ratings: “A-” from S&P “A3” from Moody’s.
