Physical Exams. The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.
Physical Exams. The Employer agrees to provide physical exams without cost to employees when such tests are necessary to determine whether the health of employees is being adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents or toxic materials. The Employer agrees to provide to each employee and his/her personal physician a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of any industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee’s occupational exposure shall also be provided upon request of the employee or the Union. All physical examinations required by the Federal Aviation Administration for pilots shall be paid for by the State.
Physical Exams. A. The COUNTY will pay for the physical exams required by law if the employee gets his exam from the physician chosen by the COUNTY. However, if the exam is done by a physician of the employee’s choice, the COUNTY will reimburse the employee for the standard amount paid by the COUNTY and the employee shall pay the balance.
Physical Exams. Payment for any required pre-employment medical examination, service, or certification shall be negotiated between the Union and District.
Physical Exams. The Employer shall arrange to give any tests required by state or federal law at no cost to the employees.
Physical Exams. The employer agrees to reimburse bargaining unit members for work required medical tests and examinations which are not covered by that member’s insurance.
Physical Exams. When employees are required as a condition of continuing employment to have medical examinations, the cost of such examinations shall be borne by the District. If employees request to use a doctor of their choice rather than one designated by the District, they shall be reimbursed in an amount equal to the rates established by the District's designated doctor. The District may designate the doctor when the medical examination is for job performance reasons.
Physical Exams. SECTION 1. The Employer may have any Employee subject to this Agreement; submit to a post-offer-of- employment, periodic, or termination physical examination by its medical advisors.
Physical Exams. The cost of an annual physical examination that is not paid by the College's health insurance coverage or other health insurance coverage available to members of the bargaining unit, shall be reimbursed by the College in an amount not to exceed $250 per year.
Physical Exams. All secretarial and instructional assistant employees shall file a written medical report with the Human Resources office within thirty (30) days after the beginning of employment. Such report shall be accomplished on the appropriate District form. The District shall reimburse each employee up to fifty dollars ($50.00) for each required medical examination. Failure to conform to this policy shall result in the withholding of salary until the necessary requirements have been completed.
