Physical Exams Sample Clauses

Physical Exams. The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.

The Employer agrees to provide to each employee and his/her personal physician a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of any industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee’s occupational exposure shall also be provided upon request of the employee or the Union. All physical examinations required by the Federal Aviation Administration for pilots shall be paid for by the State.
Physical Exams. A. The COUNTY will pay for the physical exams required by law if the employee gets his exam from the physician chosen by the COUNTY. However, if the exam is done by a physician of the employee’s choice, the COUNTY will reimburse the employee for the standard amount paid by the COUNTY and the employee shall pay the balance.

Physical Exams. All secretarial and instructional assistant employees shall file a written medical report with the Human Resources office within thirty (30) days after the beginning of employment. Such report shall be accomplished on the appropriate District form. The District shall reimburse each employee up to fifty dollars ($50.00) for each required medical examination. Failure to conform to this policy shall result in the withholding of salary until the necessary requirements have been completed.
