Emergency Personnel. Lessee is responsible for securing and paying the cost of any emergency personnel required for the event including, without limitation, police, fire, or ambulance. Thousand Acre Farm has the right to require Lessee to obtain emergency personnel, in its sole discretion. Thousand Acre Farm reserves the right to secure any such emergency personnel, at any time, at Lessee’s cost
Emergency Personnel. A. It is understood that from time to time the Employer has a need to place emergency personnel on the payroll. Emergency personnel are those in pay status for no more than thirty (30) calendar days in any emergency situation. It is agreed that emergency personnel are not members of the bargaining unit and are therefore not covered under the terms of this Agreement. Further, it is agreed that the current 2 AAC 07.190 on Emergency Appointments shall continue in full force and effect.
B. This Article shall not apply for emergency appointments to positions normally held by a bargaining unit member and the Employer agrees that emergency hires will not be made to circumvent the recruitment and examination process, to delay the return of seasonal bargaining unit members, or otherwise to displace a bargaining unit member.
C. Emergency personnel as defined in this Article shall appear on the monthly personnel listings of all General Government bargaining unit members as provided for in this Agreement. Such listing shall designate by code which individuals are emergency personnel for the period of the listing.

An employee on weekly hiring who is a member of a volunteer emergency service, eg: State Emergency Service, Xxxx Fire Brigade, etc, who is required for emergency service will be granted leave with or without pay for the duration of such emergency, supported by a letter on letterhead from the voluntary organisation.

Emergency Personnel. The Police and Fire Departments should be contacted to assist with emergencies, this is the responsibility of the special event coordinator.
Emergency Personnel. 1. The parties agree that when emergency employees are required to work when all other DCPS employees are released for administrative closings, any employee who is required to work shall earn compensatory time on an hour for hour basis, to include all shifts.
2. The Employer shall identify emergency positions annually. Each essential employee shall be notified of essential status of his or her position annually.
