Seasonal Employees definition

Seasonal Employees means an employee who works a certain regular season or period of the year performing some work or activity limited to that season and either: 1) averages in the aggregate less than five hundred (500) hours over the previous year, or; 2) among whom less than sixty percent (60%) who worked one (1) year returned to employment the following year.
Seasonal Employees means employees whose employment is not continuous but is regularly recurrent in the same capacity because of particular functions which occur periodically each year; such employment may be permanent, but of an intermittent nature.
Seasonal Employees. = Employees only hired at a particular time of the year for a limited period of time.

More Definitions of Seasonal Employees

Seasonal Employees means employees employed in a seasonal position. Seasonal position means a position that is temporary, and which coincides with a particular season or seasons of the year;
