Contractor Personnel Sample Clauses

Contractor Personnel. Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:
Contractor Personnel. Contractor warrants that all Contractor personnel engaged in the performance of work under this Contract shall possess sufficient experience and/or education and the required licenses set forth herein in good standing to perform the services requested by the County. County expressly retains the right to have any of the Contractor personnel removed from performing services under this Contract to the County. Contractor shall effectuate the removal of the specified Contractor personnel from providing any services to the County under this Contract within one business day of notification by County. County shall submit the request in writing to the Contractor’s Account Manager. The County is not required to provide any reason, rationale or additional factual information if it elects to request any specific Contractor personnel be removed from performing services under this Contract.
Contractor Personnel. Personnel proposed in the Contractor’s written bid to the Procuring Agency are considered material to any work performed under this Price Agreement. Once a Purchase Order or contract has been executed, no changes of personnel will be made by the Contractor without prior written consent of the Procuring Agency. Replacement of any Contractor personnel, if approved, shall be with personnel of equal ability, experience, and qualifications. The Contractor will be responsible for any expenses incurred in familiarizing the replacement personnel to insure their being productive to the project immediately upon receiving assignments. Approval of replacement personnel shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Procuring Agency shall retain the right to request the removal of any of the Contractor’s personnel at any time.
Contractor Personnel. (1) The Contracting Officer may direct the Contractor, at its own expense, to remove and replace any contractor personnel who jeopardize or interfere with mission accomplishment or who fail to comply with or violate applicable requirements of this contract. Such action may be taken at the Government’s discretion without prejudice to its rights under any other provision of this contract, including the Termination for Default clause.
Contractor Personnel. The CONTRACTOR warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this CONTRACT have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to accept the kind of responsibility anticipated under this CONTRACT.
Contractor Personnel. A. The CONTRACTOR shall assure that all personnel are competent, careful and reliable. All personnel must have sufficient skill and experience to perform their assigned task properly and satisfactorily and to operate any equipment involved, and shall make due and proper effort to execute the work in the manner prescribed in the contract documents.
Contractor Personnel. In addition to the rights set forth in paragraph 7, the County’s project manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of any of Contractor’s personnel from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s project manager shall notify the Contractor’s project manager in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal of the specified personnel within one (1) calendar day after written notice by the County’s project manager. The County is not required to provide any reason, rationale or factual information in the event it elects to request the removal of any of Contractor’s personnel from providing services to the County under this Contract.
Contractor Personnel. Uniform/Badges/Identification: The Contractor warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this Contract have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to accept the kind of responsibility under this Contract. All Contractor’s employees shall be required to wear uniforms, badges, or other means of identification which are to be furnished by the Contractor and must be work at all times while working on County property. The assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent must be notified in writing, within seven
Contractor Personnel. MDRS shall, throughout the life of the contract, have the right of reasonable rejection and approval of staff or subcontractors assigned to the work by Contractor. If MDRS reasonably rejects staff or subcontractors, Contractor must provide replacement staff or subcontractors satisfactory to MDRS in a timely manner and at no additional cost to MDRS. The day-to-day supervision and control of Contractor’s employees and subcontractors is the sole responsibility of Contractor.
Contractor Personnel. The Board shall, throughout the life of the Contract, have the right of reasonable rejection and approval of staff or subcontractors assigned to the work by the TPA. If the Board reasonably rejects staff or subcontractors, the TPA shall provide replacement staff or subcontractors satisfactory to the Board in a timely manner and at no additional cost to the Board. The day-to-day supervision and control of the TPA’s employees and subcontractors is the sole responsibility of the TPA.
