Sibling Clause Samples

A Sibling clause defines the rights or obligations of siblings in relation to a particular agreement or legal context. This clause may specify how assets, responsibilities, or benefits are shared among siblings, or outline procedures for decision-making and dispute resolution between them. By clearly delineating the roles and entitlements of each sibling, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and conflicts, ensuring fair and transparent treatment among all parties involved.
