The Concessionaire shall at all times maintain a Medical Emergency response team at the District Hospital.
Upon commencing and while engaged in an Authorized hazmat incident response or while participating in a Pre-approved training opportunity pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor and members of the Emergency response team employed by the City of Overland Park are subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 75-6101 et seq.
