Security Officers a) All Security officers must be registered with PSIRA grade C and above.
Security Officers displaced as a result of a strike or a lockout at a clients site involving the client’s employees, will be placed in accordance with Article 12 at the nearest geographical site and shall have their wage maintained or they shall be paid at the wage rate of the specific site to which they are assigned, if higher. It is further understood that the affected employees will be returned to their original site when the labour dispute is over.
Security Officers. Security Officers whose regular work shift is rotated from day to grave shift shall be entitled to one (1) day of leave in order to enable them to have two (2) consecutive days off. In the event that any alteration of the current rotation practice occurs, the parties will meet to determine whether any alteration of this provision is required. Subject to the needs of the District, overtime shall be distributed as equally as possible and practical among bargaining unit members and shall be posted within each department.
Security Officers. The work schedules for regular career service Security Officers in 3 the Solid Waste Division of the Department of Natural Resources and Parks consists of one (1) 4 schedule of five eight-hour shifts (5-8), Monday through Friday; and one (1) schedule of two 5 thirteen-hour shifts (2-13), Saturday through Sunday.
Security Officers. Xxxxxx understands and agrees that if the estimated attendance is more than 250 persons at one time, one (1) security officer is required. The required security officer must arrive 30 minutes prior to the arrival of attendees and shall remain at the Facility until 30 minutes after the end of the Rental Period. This applies to rentals that are not serving alcohol. See Section 4. above if you are serving alcohol.
Security Officers. Tenant acknowledges that if Landlord provides security officers for the Common Area, Landlord does not represent, guarantee or assume responsibility that Tenant will be secure from any Claims relating to such security officers. Landlord shall have no obligation to hire, maintain or provide such services, which may be withdrawn or changed at any time with or without notice to Tenant or any other person and without liability to Landlord.
Security Officers. Each Party will provide an employee to serve as a security officer dedicated to the HRIS. Each Party's security officer will work with the other Party's security officer with respect to security matters and related issues concerning the Contract. This does not preclude either security officer from working on other matters unrelated to the Contract. The Service Provider’s security officer will be located in either the People First Service Center or at the People First Data Center, and shall oversee security issues at the Service Provider facilities where Services are provided.

If the LPM designee approves the Facility Alcohol Permit, security officer(s), as further described by this Agreement, must be present at the Facility at least 30 minutes prior to the start of alcohol service and shall remain until 30 minutes after last call. The required number of Security Officers is based upon estimated attendance, as follows:
Security Officers. If this Agreement requires security officer(s) at the event, the LPRD will schedule the security officers through the Lenexa Police Department. Security officers adhere to the duties and responsibilities established by the LPRD and the City of Lenexa. The Renter understands and agrees an hourly fee of $40 per required security officer in attendance will be charged and that the Renter must pay the officer(s) in cash at the time of their arrival. Failure to pay the security officer(s) may result in the immediate termination of the reservation.
