Provision of the Fastchair demand responsive service and the MK Special semi fixed route service. Sub Activity/Service Comprehensive contracting regime using council’s standard contract conditions supplemented by powers from Transport Act 1985, compliance with tendering, financial and contracting requirements of the Council Press releases, advice on advertisements for invitation of contracts and reacting to negative media coverage. Printing of contract documents, membership application forms and passenger research questionnaires. Legal advice on contract compliance, contract conditions. Business Support - Provision of budgetary information and support on forecasting and monitoring. To create contract documentation, record payment details, provide database of users and to provide daily running schedules of passengers who have booked to use the service by telephone. Inputs Definition Passenger loadings and usage patterns from current contractor, receiving and passing passenger requests for journeys, Bus Strategy. Outputs Definition Monitor service quality and provide timely contract payments, create contract documentation, invite tenders, receive, investigate and responding to complaints. Review timetabling and resource provision by monitoring of unmet/unsatisfied demand. Servicing of group meetings. Annual survey of service users and yearly review of usage of service and variation of routeing as required. Faretables, timetables, contract documents, contract awards, complaint investigation and resolution, performance information. Provision of demand responsive service and fixed route Community Transport service. Development of contractor service standard levels. Performance Standards All telephone bookings answered within 10 rings, 75% of callers booked on a journey of their choice. Lost mileage/cancellations to be less than 5% of operated services. Satisfaction from user surveys - 75% or respondents must specify good or very good. Monthly reporting on performance standards in relation to contract performance, volumes, community transport service reliability and passenger numbers travelling. Complaints resolved and answered with 10 working days. Authorisation All contracts to be invited and awarded to Council’s standing orders with specific reference to MEAT criteria.   • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. The public outreach plan must accompany the first invoice for payment from Sponsor. The materials documenting the public outreach activities must accompany the final invoice for payment from Sponsor.
