Contract Performance definition

Contract Performance means the purchase or sale by the contracting parties of the Underlying Assets or the payment the difference between the Closing Price and the Settlement Price or the Final Settlement Price (as the case may be) pursuant to the terms of the futures contract and the relevant regulations of the VSD.
