Service Standard. We will provide the Services with due care and skill, the Services will be fit for the purpose that we advertise, and we will supply the Services within a reasonable time.
Service Standard. Servicer and (until completion of the Integration) SuperMedia shall use the degree of skill, care and diligence in the performance of the Services that an experienced, qualified, prudent and reputable provider of similar services under a similar services agreement would use acting in like circumstances in accordance with applicable industry standards and all Applicable Laws, including all data protection and privacy laws. Servicer and (until completion of the Integration) SuperMedia shall act honestly and in good faith in providing the Services and shall provide the Services to the Client Companies on a non-discriminatory basis and without xxxx-up or profit by Servicer or SuperMedia; provided that the Charges and Stewardship Costs may be marked up or provide a profit for Servicer if required by any Applicable Tax Law.
Service Standard. 8.3.1 The Service Provider will be required to meet the following service standards: Adhering to all accounting deadlines Ensuring all sub-contractors are invoiced and paid within specified deadlines Monthly financial reports to be provided to the board Providing financial support for annual business planning Annual review of the Company's financial model Monthly rent reconciliations
Service Standard. 23.3.1 The Service Provider will meet the following service standards: Monthly performance meetings. Pre and post void inspection of works to ensure VfM and quality. Monthly invoicing of costs Bi annual review of void costs and void standard. All void cases are correctly logged on void management CRM. Monthly report on outcome of voids handover inspections Monthly voids monitoring report submitted All properties must achieve the statutory compliance requirements for the private rented sector
Service Standard. The expected standard after cleaning and waste collection is: Area Standard Classrooms/ Lecture Theatres/ Lifts/Stairs All low-level surfaces will be free from dust All fixtures and fittings will be free from dust and debris Floors will be free from debris and dust as per our Service Spec All waste receptacles will be empty Washrooms and Toilets All low-level surfaces will be free from dust All fixtures and fittings will be free from dust and debris. All sanitary fittings will be free from dust, dirt and smear free Mirrors will be clean and smear free Floors will be clean and free from debris and dust Consumable items will be checked and as replenished as required Laboratories Floor will be free from dust and debris Kitchens All low-level surfaces will be free from dust All fixtures and fittings will be free from dust and debris Floors will be free from debris and dust as per our Service Spec All waste receptacles will be empty Areas NOT covered by Cleaning Services Service Level Agreement
Service Standard. ResCap shall, or shall cause its controlled Affiliates to, or shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its third party service providers to, provide the Services.
Service Standard. 5.1 What we need from you To enable us to perform the services detailed below we require our customers to provide clear, full and accurate addressing of mail items.
Service Standard. Subject to Section 1.2(ii) and any requirements set forth in the applicable Schedule(s), the Service Provider shall, and shall cause the respective members of the Service Provider’s Group or other Persons to, perform the Transition Services in compliance with applicable Law and with the same degree of care, skill and diligence and in substantially the same manner as corresponding services were provided to the Service Recipient during the twelve month period immediately prior to the Effective Date.
Service Standard. 5.1 The Service Provider will provide the Services, and perform its obligations under the Contract, with all due skill, care and diligence in accordance with Good Industry Practice, any further standards specified in the Schedules and any policies and guidance provided by the Council to the Service Provider from time to time.
Service Standard. Manufacturer will provide the Services with due care and diligence, and in accordance with (i) this Agreement (including but not limited to all Work Orders entered into hereunder and the Specifications); (ii) Applicable Law (including but not limited to cGMP); (iii) the Quality Agreement; and (iv) the then-prevailing accepted industry standards.
