Services Defined. “Services” means any and all video, audio, data, internet, interactive and other programming services and all other services that are available now or in the future from DISH (whether subscription, pay-per-view or otherwise).

(e) Any other services that SpinCo may reasonably request from time to time which are (i) consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, (ii) generally performed by similar businesses, and (iii) consistent with good business practices.

Administrator agrees to perform (i) the Prescription Drug Benefit Services set forth on Exhibit C and (ii) the Mail Order Pharmacy Services set forth on Exhibit D to support the Benefit Plans offered by United, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Pharmacy Plan Specifications and all applicable Laws and Regulations (the “Services”).
