Performance Standards Clause Examples
The Performance Standards clause sets out the specific criteria and benchmarks that a party must meet when delivering goods or services under a contract. It typically details measurable requirements such as quality levels, timelines, or compliance with industry standards, and may include methods for monitoring or evaluating performance. By clearly defining expectations, this clause helps ensure that both parties understand the level of performance required, reducing disputes and providing a basis for addressing underperformance.
