Service Quality. The Transfer Agent shall maintain a quality control process designed to provide a consistent level of quality and timeliness for its call center, correspondence services and transaction processing.
Service Quality. Xxxxxx Permanente and the Coalition are dedicated to working together to make Xxxxxx Permanente the recognized leader in superior service to each other, to our members and to purchasers, contracted providers and vendors. In order to become the recognized leader in superior service, the parties agree to pursue a Labor Management Partnership strategy in which every region will have a plan to implement the following critical elements of service quality.
Service Quality. (a) The Service Provider will perform the Services in a manner and quality that is substantially consistent with the Party’s past practice (including as to quantity) in performing the Services for the Business, and in any event in compliance with any terms or service levels set forth on the applicable Annex. The Service Recipient will use the Services in substantially the same manner and on substantially the same scale as they were used by such Party and its Affiliates in the past practice of the Business, prior to the Distribution Date.
Service Quality. GTE shall not be responsible for impacts on service attributes, grades of service, etc., resulting from NEN's specific use of or modification to any UNE.
Service Quality. Xxxx Atlantic Services provided by Xxxx Atlantic to Reseller under this Agreement shall comply with the quality requirements for such Xxxx Atlantic Services specified by Applicable Law (including, but not limited to, any applicable provisions of 47 CFR Sections 51.311 and 51.603(b)).

To the degree reasonably possible, all service attributes, grades-of-service and installation, maintenance and repair intervals which apply to the bundled service will apply to unbundled network elements. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GTE shall not be responsible for impacts on service attributes, grades of service, etc., resulting from DTI's specific use of or modification to any unbundled network element.

Service Quality. Clause 5.1 - It is a prerequisite of this Authorization the appropriate quality of the services rendered by the AUTHORIZED COMPANY, considering as such the service that satisfies the following conditions: regularity, efficiency, security, highest level of development, generality and courtesy.
Service Quality. (a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, Provider shall provide Services and, with respect to Services provided by third parties, shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause such Services to be provided, in a manner and quality that are consistent with the provision of such Services or other similar services to the IAC Business and the Match Business during the Reference Period, and in any event in compliance with applicable Law. Without limiting a Provider’s obligation to correct or reperform under Section 6.5, if the quality or performance of any Service provided by a Provider hereunder falls materially below the standard required by this Section 3.1(a), such substandard quality or performance shall be addressed through the dispute resolution process set forth in Article XII of the Transaction Agreement.
Service Quality. The Provider shall provide services at or above the quality standard in the industry at which the service is provided. The description or evaluation written in the Service Fee Directory of the Profile of Services and Prices shall set forth the minimum level of service acceptable. The Provider shall permit representatives of the Buyer to conduct program and facility reviews to assess service quality and compliance with the Individual Family Service Plan of any child under the supervision or authority of the Buyer. Such reviews shall include, but are not limited to, meetings with consumers, review of services records, review of service policy and procedural issuance, review of staffing ratios and job descriptions, review of financial records pertaining to any child under the supervision and authority of the Buyer, and meeting with any staff directly or indirectly involved in the provision of services to any child under the supervision or authority of the Buyer. Such reviews may occur as deemed necessary by the Buyer and may be unannounced.
