Service Users. Approved methadone Service Users are Eligible Persons who are referred to your Pharmacy by methadone treatment services and by Prescribers authorised under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 to offer methadone for the treatment of opioid dependence.

Service Users. The Service Users to whom you may provide ARRC Pharmacy Services are only ARRC Service Users. For the avoidance of doubt, if a person is residing in a rest home or long-stay care hospital (including a home or hospital which is an ARRC Facility) but that person is not an ARRC Service User then such person shall not be treated as an ARRC Service User nor provided ARRC Pharmacy Services under this Agreement. Such non-ARRC Service Users shall instead be provided Core Pharmacy Services and such other Services as they are eligible to receive under this Agreement.

Service User - holder of Visa Platinum, Visa Platinum Business, Visa Signature, Visa Signature Business and Visa Infinite bank payment cards issued by Azerbaijan Bank or banks of such countries as Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Moldova, Georgia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro travelling on a flight from "Xxxxxx Xxxxxx International Airport" within the next 24 hours, carrying all necessary documents for check-in, according to the rules of the Airlines and the Airport.
Service Users. 46.1 Employees who escort Service Users on outings or holidays which require overnight stays will receive 11 hours pay at ordinary rates for each night that the employee agrees to be away from their home.
