Service Users. Service Users are Eligible People who choose to access Core Pharmacy Services from your Pharmacy.

Service Users. The Service Users to whom you may provide ARRC Pharmacy Services are only ARRC Service Users. For the avoidance of doubt, if a person is residing in a rest home or long-stay care hospital (including a home or hospital which is an ARRC Facility) but that person is not an ARRC Service User then such person shall not be treated as an ARRC Service User nor provided ARRC Pharmacy Services under this Agreement. Such non-ARRC Service Users shall instead be provided Core Pharmacy Services and such other Services as they are eligible to receive under this Agreement.
Service Users. 8.1 Service Users are people aged over 50 or individuals with an assessed appropriate care and support need who are residents of the Extra Care Housing Scheme and, following an assessment by the Service Purchaser, have eligible Care and/or Housing-Related Support needs identified in their Care and/or Housing Related Support Plans. In some circumstances, outlined in Schedule 3 5.0 the Service Provider may provide services to residents of the Extra Care Housing Scheme who do not have needs previously identified by the Service Purchaser, in accordance with Schedule 3 5.5. 9 Referral to the Service
