Existing Contract definition

Existing Contract means an unexpired Contract entered into by the Council and a Provider for works, services and/or goods.
Existing Contract means a contract that was made before the operative date;

  • For prospectuses and statements of additional information provided by the Company to its Contract owners who currently own shares of one or more Portfolios ("Existing Contract Owners"), in order to update disclosure as required by the 1933 Act and/or the 1940 Act, the cost of printing shall be borne by the Fund.
