Examples of Working Group in a sentence
Each Working Group and its activities shall be subject to the direction, review and approval of, and shall report to, the JSC.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 13.6 (Dispute Resolution) shall not apply to (i) any decision for which a Party has final decision-making authority as expressly provided under Section 2.4 (Resolution of Working Group and JSC Disputes), (ii) any matter that this Agreement specifies is to be resolved in accordance with Schedule 2.4.3(a) or (iii) any matter that this Agreement specifies is to be resolved by Final Offer (Baseball) Arbitration.
Such Working Groups may be established on an ad hoc basis for purposes of a specific project, for the life of the Research Term or on such other basis as the JSC may determine, and shall be constituted and shall operate as the JSC may determine; provided that each Working Group shall have equal representation from each Party and decision making shall be by consensus.
The Alliance Managers will prepare for approval by the JSC a charter for each Working Group, which charter will reflect the agreed upon scope of activities for each Working Group.
In no event shall the authority of the Working Group exceed that specified for the JSC in this Section 2.2 (Joint Steering Committee).
