Cancellation Policy. Client is responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any missed session(s). Client is also responsible for payment of the agreed upon fee for any session(s) for which Client failed to give Therapist at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Candle burning is permitted on balconies or in the unit. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Use the overhead stove fan when cooking to avoid accidental, activation of smoke detector alarm. If neighboring boat docks are applicable there is "NO TRESPASSING" on neighboring docks and do not cause or allow your boat to touch or damage neighboring. Tenant accepts responsibility for any and/or all damage to neighboring docks and/or penalties & fines for trespassing. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed. If evidence of a pet(s) is found in the unit or on the premises you will be asked to vacate immediately with NO REFUND OF RENT OR DAMAGE DEPOSIT. FAMILY RENTAL ONLY Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES. Cancellation Policy. To cancel your participation after you have paid the study away deposit, notify the Xxxxxx Center for Study Away and International Education by email (xxxxx.xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx). The $500 study away deposit is non- refundable and non-transferrable. Cancellation Policy. 16.1 Should your wedding be cancelled by the Client for any reason once the deposit has been paid any refund will only be made once the date has been rebooked by another function. Any discounts passed onto the new booking for Venue Hire or minimum Guest Amount will be deducted from the potential refund. A R1500.00 handling fee will be deducted from any refunds. Should the venue not be rebooked the full payments received will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy. Continuing/Current Students: Any continuing student who chooses to cancel her/his housing contract prior to August 1st may do so without penalty. Any cancellation received between August 1st and move in day will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. After move-in students will be assessed a $250 cancellation fee in addition to the daily housing rate. Both will be charged the student’s account. All cancellations must be in writing and received by the Residence Life Office. Any student who qualifies as a commuter (lives locally with family, part time student, married, 23 years old or older) and decides to live off- campus for the second semester will not be charged the $250 cancellation fee if the housing change is made with the Residence Life Office before the first day of J-term.
