I ACCEPT using any device, means or action, you consent to the legally binding terms and conditions of this Agreement. IF APPLICABLE, AND IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO USING THE SERVICE SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, OR SERVICES, YOU MUST PROMPTLY RETURN THE HARDWARE, SERVICE SOFTWARE, AND OTHER DELIVERABLES TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE.
