The Client definition

The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

The Client s Representative’ means any entity appointed by the Client to act on the Client’s behalf with regard to procurement and/or management of this Contract.

Examples of The Client in a sentence

• Client acknowledges that Sky may need to audit the Client in compliance with Sky’s obligations under its agreements with its Third Party Contractors.
