The Client definition

The Client means the organization purchasing the service.
The Client s Representative’ means any entity appointed by the Client to act on the Client’s behalf with regard to procurement and/or management of this Contract.

Examples of The Client in a sentence

  • The client shall pay the bank respective commission fees for account management, operations effected from such an account and performing services stipulated hereunder in accordance with current tariffs or fees established by the bank (service, commission and other kind of fees) or as may be determined under additional agreement between the parties.
