The Client definition

The Client means the organization purchasing the service.
The Client s Representative’ means any entity appointed by the Client to act on the Client’s behalf with regard to procurement and/or management of this Contract.

Examples of The Client in a sentence

  • The Client Agency shall invoice the Contractor for all such purchases to the extent that they exceed the costs and expenses in Exhibit B and the Contractor shall pay the Client Agency’s invoice immediately after receiving the invoice.

  • The Client shall take all reasonable steps to mitigate such additional expenditure.
