Administrative Fee definition

Administrative Fee is defined in Section 4.1(a).
Administrative Fee means a charge imposed by the Agency to an applicant or project occupant for the administration of project.
Administrative Fee means a fee of up to four-tenths of one percent (.40%) of that portion of the Principal identified in clause (i) of the definition thereof (as set forth in this Section 1), or such lesser amount, if any, as the Trust may determine from time to time.

Administrative Fee means an annual fee of three-tenths of one percent (.30%) of the initial principal amount of the Loan or such lesser amount, if any, as the Trust may approve from time to time, payable by each Borrower in accordance with the terms of its Loan Agreement.
