Supplier will include its Administrative Fee within its proposed pricing.
Supplier may not directly charge Participating Entities to offset the Administrative Fee.
The Report must contain the following fields: • Participating Entity Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Participating Entity Physical Street Address; • Participating Entity City; • Participating Entity State/Province; • Participating Entity Zip/Postal Code; • Sourcewell Participating Entity Account Number; • Transaction Description; • Transaction Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Transaction was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Supplier.
Supplier’s Administrative Fee payable to Sourcewell will be calculated as a stated percentage (listed in Supplier’s Proposal) of all completed transactions utilizing this Master Agreement within the preceding Reporting Period.
In consideration for the support and services provided by Sourcewell, Supplier will pay an Administrative Fee to Sourcewell on all completed transactions to Participating Entities utilizing this Agreement.
