The DIR Administrative Fee is not applicable to travel expense reimbursement.
It is the Contractor’s responsibility to calculate and remit the Administrative Fee since WSCA-NASPO does not issue an invoice for this fee.
In Buyer’s sole discretion, Buyer may setoff, deduct or invoice the Supplier for such Quality Administrative Fee.
