Pet Fee. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per stay. This fee will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of deep-cleaning the room in preparation for our next guest.
Pet Fee. If a pet has been approved by the Landlord to reside with the Tenant in the Tenant’s premises, a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet will be added to the rent as an additional charge. Tenant Initial:
Pet Fee. Daily $50 and a one-time $100 per stay non-refundable cleaning fee. The deposit is charged to your account on day of arrival. This covers the cost of deep cleaning the room and replacement of the air filter in preparation for the next guest.

Pet Fee. In the event that Owner or Owner’s Agent gives written authorization to Tenant allowing a pet in or around the Premises, Xxxxxx agrees to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $ upon the execution of this Agreement, which in non-refundable. The pet deposit does not preclude additional damage charges being made by Owner. In addition, The Eastwood Shores IV Association’s Pet Addendum shall be applied for and approval required and enforced for the term of this Agreement. Pets over twenty (25) pounds are NOT allowed on the condominium property, nor is more than two pets per Unit permitted.
Pet Fee. Concurrently with Xxxxxx’s execution of this Addendum, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee of $ (the “Pet Fee”). The Pet Fee is not a part of the Security Deposit under the Lease and is not an advanced payment of Rent. The Pet Fee is paid by Tenant in consideration of Landlord’s agreement to permit Tenant to keep the Pet in the Premises and shall not be returned to Tenant under any circumstances.
Pet Fee. Tenant has paid the Pet Fee as a non-refundable fee to induce LMG to grant permission for the Pet. Tenant understands that Pet Fee will not be refunded, even if the Pet is subsequently removed from the Premises or if there is no damage to the Premises at the end of the Lease Term.
Pet Fee. Owner’s Manager shall charge tenant $30 a month for each dog and/or cat. Manager shall retain this fee.
Pet Fee. Please be aware that a non-refundable pet fee of $35 CDN per stay will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest.
