Additional Cleaning. There is to be a compulsory break of 30 minutes between room bookings to allow for a clean between use and resetting of the room for the next booking. Rooms will be locked after the clean and unlocked 5 minutes prior to the next booking.

Charges shall be advised at the time. ANNEX C SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT (SHE) The Tenant will comply with all relevant statutory SHE regulations relating to the activities which they undertake. The Tenant shall ensure that its employees and those visiting or working on behalf of the Tenant at the Accommodation comply with all of the Landlord’s Safety, Health, Environmental and radiation management Codes, instructions, rules and regulations made available to the Tenant by the Landlord. The Landlord’s SHE policy and codes can be found on the public SHE website: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxx.xx.xx/pages/home.aspx and shall be deemed to be within the knowledge of the Tenant. The Tenant shall co-operate fully with the Landlord in all matters relating to SHE and Radiation. Specific requirements of the Tenant with respect to SHE and Radiation matters are detailed in this Annex. The Tenant shall provide unrestricted access to the Accommodation at any time required by the Landlord for the purpose of the investigation of SHE incidents or near misses. The Accommodation shall be subject to SHE tours from time to time organised by the Directorate responsible for the Tenant. The Tenant shall act promptly to address the findings of the SHE tour. The Landlord reserves the right to stop operations within any area of the Accommodation where in the opinion of the SHE Group any activity represents a significant risk to any Landlord or Tenant Employee or visitor to the Tenant’s Accommodation or the Landlord’s Premises. The Tenant shall immediately report to the SHE Group any SHE incident or near miss arising from their activities as detailed in the Landlord’s SHE Incident Reporting and investigation code using xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxx.xx.xx/Pages/report-incident.aspx.
Additional Cleaning. The accredited management planner shall make a written recommendation to the local education agency or the state government on whether additional cleaning is needed, and if so, the methods and frequency of such cleaning.

Tenant shall pay to Landlord on demand Landlord's charges for cleaning work in the Premises or the Building required because of (i) misuse or neglect on the part Tenant or its agents, employees, contractors, subcontractors or visitors,(ii) use of portions of the Premises for preparation, serving, or consumption of food or beverages, data processing or computer operations, private lavatories or toilets, or other special purposes requiring greater or more difficult cleaning work than office areas, (iii) interior glass surfaces, (iv) non building standard materials or finishes installed by Tenant or at its request and (v) increases in frequency or scope in any of the items set forth on Exhibit C as shall have been requested by Tenant.
