Account Management Team. The Contractor shall provide an experienced media account management team that will work collaboratively with Authorized Users to manage the daily activities of the account. Contractor shall identify and provide updated contact information (name, address, and telephone number) for Contractor’s buyers and buying offices to OGS. The account management team and contact information for Contractor’s buying offices and buyers will be listed on the Contractor Information page, as revised from time to time by OGS and posted on the Contract landing page on the OGS website. The members of the account management team shall have at least two years of account management experience. The account team will be responsible for establishing regular communications between the Contractor and Authorized User to ensure seamless integration of the advertising programs. The members of the account management team shall be Contractor’s employees. The Contractor’s account management team must provide the following specific services and activities to Authorized Users:

Functional areas such as pricing, availability, order entry, tracking, returns, product information, and expedites are an integral part of their daily activities. They execute the plan established by the Account Executives for a customer. SHI’s Account Team Approach Putting the people in place to support the customer is not enough. SHI believes that the members of the Account Team must be empowered and have the autonomy to respond to all customer requests. Account Management Team. 33.1 The Contractor will provide an Account Manager for each Framework Public Body, to pro-actively co-ordinate orders and provide comprehensive support and links between the Contractor and the Framework Public Body. Account Management Team. Digital River will maintain an account management team sufficient to support the worldwide nature and level of the Storefront business. The Dedicated Account Manager has access to information, including, but not limited to, order status, delivery information, backorder information, contracted pricing, standard offering item availability, and product information. The assigned Account Manager must have at least three (3) years of similar, relevant experience. Account Coordinator - The Account Coordinator shall coordinate all administrative requirements including monthly/quarterly reports. Account Coordinators shall also implement contract pricing and ensure contract compliance. The Account Manager can also act as the Account Coordinator, if needed. Sales Manager - The Sales Manager shall be responsible for assisting the account with sales and account maintenance.
Account Management Team. The Account Management Team or designated representative shall be available, at a minimum, by phone or e-mail, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, during the entire term of the Contract, excluding Service Provider and State holidays, and shall at a minimum assist in resolving service-related questions and problems, respond to Department personnel regarding general administrative and procedural problems, and ensure that grievance procedures are in place to resolve disputes between the Contractor and Participants. The Account Management Team must have the experience and authority to make routine decisions regarding the State group account such as developing and implementing corrective action plans, facilitating complaint resolution, and providing effective communication about organization and program changes.
