Sales Support. Dealer shall support all sales of the Products in a commercially reasonable manner as is customary in the industry and appropriate for each sale, including but not limited to: maintaining a sales force, developing a marketing and sales plan with ASTI.'s account manager, and post-sales follow up with ASTI.'s account manager. ASTI shall be the technical advisor to the Dealer and installation directions received from ASTI for the Products shall be mandatory.

Sales Support. Servicer shall provide sales support to Agent including promotional materials and sales representatives as reasonably required by Agent and agreed to by Servicer.

Sales Support. (i) oversight of and assistance with, the wholesaling sale activities of the Dealer Manager, including building of a “selling group,” to effectuate the distribution of the Shares in the Private Placement and any Public Offering through the independent broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, and “wire house” channels (collectively, the “Channels”); (ii) third party reporting and due diligence; (iii) participation at industry conferences; (iv) sales compliance; and (v) processing of subscriptions for the Shares.
Sales Support. As part of the Vendor Maintenance Services, Vendor agrees to provide Cadence sales support, including but not limited to Vendor personnel proficient in the performance, use, implementation and modification of the Licensed Works and Products (collectively, "Sales Support"), as Cadence may reasonably require with respect to the sales attempts and other sales efforts by Cadence and/or its Marketing Agent(s) to sell and market sublicenses to the Licensed Works and/or Products to customers and/or potential End Users hereunder, up to a maximum of one (1) full time equivalent person unless the parties otherwise mutually agree in writing.
Sales Support. In support of Representative’s sales efforts hereunder, Rangers, LLC shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) regularly work with Representative to develop new Team Sponsorship Assets, (b) provide reasonable amounts of Rangers tickets and hospitality to Representative to be used for potential purchasers of Team Sponsorship Assets (such amounts as agreed to by the parties) and (c) otherwise assist and support such sales efforts, consistent with past practice, including provision of access to Rangers events and spaces (e.g., access for tours of the Rangers’ training center) for Representative’s employees and Rangers sponsors and sponsorship prospects. With respect to the provision of tickets by Rangers, LLC to Representative pursuant to clause (b) of this Section 5.4, (i) the parties shall work in good faith to determine the number of tickets to be provided for any game, and have agreed upon an expected average per-game number of tickets with respect to the 2019-20 Contract Year and (ii) with respect to each Contract Year thereafter, the parties shall, as part of the annual budget process, agree on the appropriate average per-game number of tickets, taking into account such factors as actual utilization during the preceding Contract Year and the extent to which the utilization of such tickets advanced the goals of this Agreement.
