Integral Part. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Indenture.
Integral Part. This Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Base Indenture with respect to the Notes only.
Integral Part. This First Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Indenture. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the Base Indenture and this First Supplemental Indenture, with respect to the Notes only, this First Supplemental Indenture shall control.
